Lahore, May 27, 2025: The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has unveiled a distinguished five-member commentary panel for the upcoming three-match T20 International series between Pakistan and Bangladesh, set to begin on May 28 at Lahore’s Gaddafi Stadium.

The commentary team includes former Pakistan Test captains Aamir Sohail and Ramiz Raja, ex-Test cricketer Bazid Khan, former Bangladesh international Athar Ali Khan, and acclaimed cricket analyst Mike Haysman. Renowned sports presenter Zainab Abbas will serve as the official presenter for the series.

The T20I series, running from May 28 to June 1, will feature one-day intervals between matches and marks Pakistan’s first international outing under newly appointed white-ball head coach Mike Hesson.

Originally scheduled as a five-match series with games in both Faisalabad and Lahore, the tour was scaled down to three matches exclusively in Lahore due to logistical constraints and revised security considerations. Bangladesh had been set to arrive in two groups on May 21, with the initial fixture planned for May 25.

Historically, Pakistan has dominated Bangladesh in the T20I format, winning 16 out of their 19 encounters. Bangladesh, meanwhile, has managed just three wins against the hosts.
