Islamabad, February 2, 2026: Jamaat-e-Islami (JI) Punjab North has released the schedule of programs to be held across all districts of the province on February 5 in observance of Kashmir Solidarity Day. The events aim to express support for the oppressed people of Kashmir and highlight their just struggle.
According to the schedule, Kashmir Solidarity Week will feature a series of activities including rallies, marches, human chains, and seminars. Both men and women will actively participate to demonstrate unity and solidarity with the Kashmiri people. Provincial and district-level leaders of Jamaat-e-Islami will address the gatherings.
Key addresses during the solidarity events include Dr. Tariq Saleem, Ameer Jamaat-e-Islami Punjab, in Gujrat, Iqbal Khan, Secretary General Jamaat-e-Islami Punjab, in Attock, Hafiz Tanveer Ahmed, Naib Ameer, in Chakwal, Dr. Tahir Farooq in Sargodha, Rasul Khan Babar in Mandi Bahauddin, Abdul Wahab Niazi in Bhakkar, Owais Aslam Mirza in Mianwali and Raja Mumtaz Hussain in Murree
The programs are part of Jamaat-e-Islami’s ongoing efforts to raise awareness about the Kashmir issue and reinforce Pakistanis’ support for the Kashmiri cause.
