Pakistan’s Operation Ghazab lil-Haq inflicts heavy losses on Afghan Taliban

Islamabad, March 2, 2026: Pakistan’s armed forces continue Operation Ghazab lil-Haq in response to terrorism and unprovoked cross-border aggression from Afghanistan.

Minister for Information, Atta Tarar, shared details of the ongoing operation on social media platform X. According to the minister, Pakistan Army strikes have killed 435 personnel of the Afghan Taliban regime and injured more than 630 others.

During the operation, 188 posts were destroyed, with 31 captured, while 188 tanks, armed vehicles, and artillery guns were eliminated. The Pakistan Air Force also targeted 51 Taliban positions across Afghanistan.

Minister Tarar emphasized that the operation is part of Pakistan’s commitment to protecting its sovereignty and delivering a strong response to cross-border threats.
