Islamabad, March 3, 2026: Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Ishaq Dar on Tuesday held a telephone conversation with Azerbaijan’s Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov to exchange views on the evolving regional situation in the Middle East.
According to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the two leaders discussed ongoing developments and underscored the importance of maintaining peace and stability in the region amid heightened tensions.
Both sides agreed to remain in close contact and continue consultations as the situation unfolds.
Pakistan has intensified diplomatic outreach in recent days, engaging key regional and international partners in efforts aimed at de-escalation and promoting dialogue.
