Islamabad, April 27, 2026: Pakistan’s Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Ishaq Dar held a telephonic conversation on Monday evening with Egyptian Foreign Minister Badr Abdelatty, exchanging views on the latest developments in the regional situation.
According to a statement issued by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the two leaders discussed evolving regional dynamics and ongoing diplomatic efforts aimed at promoting peace and stability.
The Egyptian Foreign Minister appreciated Pakistan’s continued role in facilitating dialogue and diplomatic engagement, and also briefed Dar on his outreach with various regional and international counterparts.
Both sides underscored the importance of sustained engagement and coordination to support peace and stability in the region and beyond.
