Islamabad, June 13, 2026: Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Senator Mohammad Ishaq Dar held a telephone conversation with Swiss Foreign Minister Ignazio Cassis on Saturday, during which the two leaders discussed ongoing diplomatic efforts aimed at promoting peace and stability in the region.
According to a statement issued by the Foreign Office, both ministers welcomed the encouraging progress toward an understanding between the United States and Iran and expressed optimism that the ongoing engagement would yield positive results in the near future.
The two leaders underscored the importance of dialogue and diplomacy in addressing regional challenges and fostering a peaceful environment conducive to stability and cooperation.
