Karachi, June 24, 2026: The Ambassador of the Netherlands to Pakistan, Robert-Jan Siegert, visited the Karachi School of Business and Leadership (KSBL) and held discussions with the institution’s leadership on academic excellence, innovation, and global leadership.
The Dutch envoy was welcomed by the KSBL management for a high-level dialogue focused on educational values, leadership development, and international collaboration in higher education.
During the visit, Rector KSBL, Professor Asghar Zaidi, presented the institution’s vision of character-driven leadership and outlined the university’s Strategic Plan 2026–2035. He highlighted KSBL’s commitment to developing future leaders equipped with strong ethical values, critical thinking skills, and a global outlook.
The Ambassador was also briefed on the institution’s academic strengths, faculty expertise, executive education initiatives, and ongoing advancements in artificial intelligence-focused courses designed to prepare students for emerging global challenges and opportunities.
Faculty members shared insights into KSBL’s values-based educational framework and its efforts to integrate innovation, technology, and leadership development across academic programs.
The visit provided an opportunity for a productive exchange of ideas on higher education, governance, and leadership in an increasingly interconnected world. Discussions also focused on fostering academic excellence and strengthening international engagement in the education sector.
