Islamabad, November 16,2024- The Capital Development Authority (CDA) is facing serious allegations of plotting to deprive the victims, or ‘Mutasireen,’ of their fundamental rights. Local lawmakers and the affected individuals are set to hold an important consultation meeting tomorrow. The meeting will be attended by Islamabad’s local leadership and National Assembly members from all three constituencies, including Dr. Tariq Fazal Chaudhry, Anjum Aqeel Khan, Raja Khurram Nawaz Shehzad, and Malik Abrar Ahmed.

Syed Zaheer Ahmed Shah, President of the Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) Youth Wing for the Federal Capital, has accused CDA officials and a specific mafia within the bureaucracy of conspiring to strip the Mutasireen of their rights. Shah claims these officials have been secretly working behind closed doors to push through unjust and unfair policies to further their own agendas.

Shah reassured that the local leadership and all three National Assembly members are fully aware of the situation and are standing firm in support of the affected individuals in their constituencies. He vowed that the government-backed mafia would not succeed in their efforts, emphasizing that the victims would be ensured their rightful access to basic rights.

A crucial consultative meeting has been scheduled for Sunday, where the lawmakers will discuss strategies and formulate a course of action to address the issue. The meeting aims to finalize a plan to counter the alleged plot and protect the rights of the affected individuals in Islamabad.
