RCCI hosts high-powered US business delegation to strengthen bilateral trade & investment

Rawalpindi, July 27,2026: The Rawalpindi Chamber of Commerce and Industry (RCCI) had the privilege of hosting a high-powered 40-member United States business delegation during its official visit to Pakistan, reaffirming RCCI’s commitment to strengthening Pakistan–US economic and commercial relations.

The meeting was chaired by RCCI President Usman Shaukat, alongside Group Leader & Former President Sohail Altaf and Mr. Jamil Qureshi, Secretary SIFC/BOI. Senior Vice President Khalid Farooq Qazi, Vice President Fahad Barlas, former presidents, executive committee members, and a large number of business leaders also attended.

The visit, facilitated under the auspices of the Special Investment Facilitation Council (SIFC), focused on expanding bilateral trade, investment, innovation, and strategic partnerships across key sectors, including IT, aerospace, energy, healthcare, infrastructure, mining, and advanced manufacturing. RCCI welcomed the delegation with productive B2B engagements and networking sessions, highlighting Pakistan’s vast investment potential and reinforcing its role as a gateway for international business collaboration and sustainable economic growth.
