Rawalpindi, July 29, 2026: Foreign Minister of Kuwait Sheikh Jarrah Jaber Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah, accompanied by Kuwait’s Ambassador to Pakistan Nassar Abdul Rahman J. Al-Mutairi, called on Chief of Army Staff and Chief of Defence Forces Field Marshal Syed Asim Munir at General Headquarters (GHQ), Rawalpindi.
During the meeting, the two sides discussed matters of mutual interest, regional security developments and measures to further strengthen bilateral cooperation between Pakistan and Kuwait.
The Kuwaiti Foreign Minister appreciated Pakistan’s steadfast support, its constructive role in promoting regional peace and stability, and the deep-rooted fraternal relations between the two countries.
Field Marshal Syed Asim Munir reaffirmed Pakistan’s commitment to Kuwait and emphasized that both nations share a common vision of regional peace, security and prosperity.
The meeting underscored the longstanding brotherly ties between Pakistan and Kuwait and the shared resolve to further enhance cooperation in areas of mutual interest.
