Rawalpindi, August 28, 2026: Chief of Army Staff and Chief of Defence Forces (COAS & CDF) Field Marshal Syed Asim Munir interacted with a delegation of students from Harvard Business School representing multiple countries during their visit to Pakistan, the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) said on Friday.
The interaction covered regional and global developments, Pakistan’s security outlook and the country’s efforts to promote peace, stability and prosperity in the region and beyond.
Field Marshal Asim Munir highlighted the importance of education, skills development and entrepreneurship in enabling young people to make meaningful contributions in an increasingly volatile global environment.
He also stressed the need for young people to rely on fact-based analysis and critical thinking, particularly amid the growing influence of social media and propaganda.
The army chief underscored the importance of equipping the younger generation with the knowledge and skills needed to navigate an increasingly complex international environment and contribute positively to economic and social development.
The Harvard Business School students shared their experiences during their ongoing visit to Pakistan and appreciated the openness and warmth of the Pakistani people.
The delegation also highlighted what it described as the tremendous potential and opportunities Pakistan offers, according to ISPR.
The interaction provided an opportunity for an international group of young business students to exchange views on Pakistan’s strategic outlook, regional dynamics and prospects for peace, stability and economic development.
