Islamabad, November 26, 2024– Due to the ongoing Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) protests, educational institutions in Islamabad and Rawalpindi will remain closed tomorrow, marking the third consecutive day of closures.

Deputy Commissioner of Rawalpindi, Hassan Waqar Cheema, explained that the decision was made in light of the prevailing law and order situation. He added that the closure followed recommendations from the District Intelligence Committee.

The Deputy Commissioner of Islamabad also confirmed that all public and private educational institutions in the capital will remain closed tomorrow.

It is noteworthy that road blockages persist in both Islamabad and Rawalpindi as part of the PTI protest.
