Islamabad, December 08,2024: President Asif Ali Zardari has summoned a session of the National Assembly on Tuesday, December 10, 2024 at 05:00 pm.
The president has convened the session of the National Assembly under the authority granted by Article 54(1) of the Constitution of Pakistan.
It is expected that National Assembly session will discuss the regular agenda of the House. Additionally, legislation concerning religious seminaries is also expected to be deliberated. It is worth noting that Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam (F) had given the government a deadline of today for the approval of the bill related to seminaries.
