Islamabad, October 27, 2024 – Pakistan’s security forces successfully neutralized four terrorists in two separate intelligence-based operations in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa on Sunday, according to a statement by the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR), the military’s media wing.

In the first operation conducted in North Waziristan District, two terrorists, including Insaf Ullah, were killed after an intense exchange of gunfire. The ISPR stated that the operation targeted elements classified as “khawarij,” and noted that both insurgents were “sent to hell.”

In a second operation in Khyber District, security forces engaged a terrorist hideout, killing two terrorists and injuring three others. Weapons and ammunition were recovered from the slain individuals, who had been “actively involved in numerous terrorist activities against law enforcement agencies and innocent civilians,” the ISPR reported.

The military further noted that sanitization operations are ongoing in the area to “eliminate any remaining khariji elements.” The ISPR emphasized Pakistan’s commitment to eradicating terrorism, stating, “The security forces of Pakistan are determined to wipe out the menace of terrorism from the country.”
