Islamabad, April 8, 2026: Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Ishaq Dar held a telephonic conversation on Wednesday with Moroccan Foreign Minister Nasser Bourita, focusing on the evolving situation in the Middle East and the wider region.
According to a statement issued by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the two leaders exchanged views on the latest regional developments amid ongoing tensions and diplomatic efforts.
During the conversation, Dar highlighted Pakistan’s sustained diplomatic engagement aimed at promoting dialogue and encouraging peaceful resolution of conflicts. He shared updates on Islamabad’s ongoing initiatives to facilitate negotiations and foster long-term peace and stability in the region.
