Manchester, May 14, 2025: In a groundbreaking development for healthcare education in Sialkot, the Imran Idrees Group has taken a visionary leap forward with the signing of a landmark Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Europe Pakistan Economic Corridor (EPEC). The agreement, signed in Manchester, UK on May 14, 2025, paves the way for launching an internationally benchmarked Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) program at the Imran Idrees College of Nursing.

The historic signing ceremony was led by prominent figures from both organizations, including EPEC Directors of Business Development Chaudhry Muhammad Nawaz, CEO Dr. Abdul Hafeez, and Director/President Dr. Salman—proudly referred to as the “Sons of Sialkot”—in strategic collaboration with the Association of Pakistani Physicians and Surgeons UK (APPS UK).

This BSN program is set to be the first of its kind in the region, designed with international standards in mind. As part of the initiative, some of the UK’s most distinguished nursing educators will be directly involved in the academic and professional development of the students. These experts will offer not only classroom instruction but also mentorship and career guidance for pursuing opportunities in the UK and Europe.

“This partnership is not just about launching a degree—it’s about transforming lives and enabling global careers,” said a representative from the Imran Idrees Group. “We are proud to bring this world-class opportunity to the youth of Sialkot and beyond.”

The program aims to position Sialkot as a new hub for international healthcare education, offering students both academic excellence and a clear pathway to global professional success.

With this visionary move, the Imran Idrees Group is setting a precedent in the region—where quality education meets international opportunity, opening doors to a brighter and healthier future.
