Federal Cabinet approves draft of 26th constitutional amendment

Islamabad (Sub News) – The Federal Cabinet has approved the draft of the 26th Constitutional Amendment. The meeting was held at the Prime Minister’s Chamber in the Parliament House.

All federal ministers were present in the chamber, along with Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif, Attorney General Mansoor Usman, Finance Minister Ishaq Dar, Law Minister Azam Nazeer Tarar, and Punjab Caretaker Chief Minister Mohsin Naqvi.

On the legislative side, the Senate session was postponed for half an hour, while the National Assembly session has been adjourned until 3:00 PM tomorrow.
