Islamabad, February 4, 2026: The Islamabad Chamber of Commerce and Industry (ICCI) reaffirmed its commitment to fostering business growth and recognizing professionals whose contributions strengthen key sectors of the national economy at a ceremony honoring Chairman Faisal Town Group, Chaudhry Abdul Majeed. The event was jointly hosted by ICCI and Win Win Marketing and Developers at the Chamber House.

ICCI President Sardar Tahir Mehmood highlighted the critical role of the housing sector in meeting the basic needs of citizens. He emphasized that access to quality and affordable housing is vital for improving living standards, promoting social stability, and generating large-scale employment opportunities.

Speaking on the occasion, the ICCI President noted that recognizing excellence is a core mission of the Chamber, promoting responsible business leadership, transparency, and high delivery standards. He praised Faisal Town Group’s contributions to housing development and progressive business practices, saying such recognition serves as a benchmark for sustainable and ethical growth in the wider business community.

Chaudhry Abdul Majeed expressed gratitude to ICCI for the honor and commended the Chamber’s efforts to promote a business-friendly environment. Speaking passionately about Pakistan’s economic future, he urged the government to facilitate the business community, remove unnecessary obstacles, and hold accountable those responsible for creating hurdles. He said that just as Pakistan achieved victory on the battlefield in May 2026, it must now secure success in the economic arena through unity and steadfastness.
