Islamabad, February 27,2026: Philippine Ambassador to Pakistan, Dr. Emmanuel R. Fernandez, together with his spouse Mme. Alicia Kalaw Fernandez, graced the 42nd National Day Reception of Brunei Darussalam hosted by Colonel (Ret) Pengiran Hj Kamal Bashah Pengiran Hj Ahmad, Ambassador of Brunei to Pakistan.
The reception was attended by members of the diplomatic corps, local government officials, and leaders from the business community, underscoring the strong and enduring ties between Brunei and Pakistan.
Ambassador Fernandez’s presence at the celebration reaffirmed the Philippines’ commitment to fostering closer relations with Brunei.
