Islamabad, March 27, 2026: Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Ishaq Dar held a telephonic conversation with Egypt’s Foreign Minister Badr Abdelatty on Friday to discuss the evolving regional situation.
During the call, both leaders exchanged views on ongoing developments and emphasized the importance of dialogue, restraint, and collective efforts to promote peace and stability in the region.
They reaffirmed their commitment to supporting all initiatives aimed at advancing peace and prosperity, amid heightened tensions in the Middle East.
The two sides also agreed to remain in close contact and continue consultations on regional and international issues of mutual interest.
