Portugal thanks Pakistan for its mediation, as well as the efforts of all its partners involved in the negotiations.
This is a crucial first step toward a lasting and sustainable diplomatic solution to the conflict.
Portugal has supported and continues to fully support this diplomatic path, as made clear in the contacts held over the past two days with the Foreign Ministers of Pakistan and Egypt.
