London, November 13, 2024- A video showing Pakistan’s Defence Minister Khawaja Asif being followed and threatened by an unidentified individual in London has gone viral. This is the second reported case of harassment against a Pakistani official in the city, coming shortly after a recent attack on former Chief Justice Qazi Faez Isa.

The incident reportedly took place as Asif was exiting a train on London’s Elizabeth Line, when a man, allegedly a supporter of the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI), began verbally harassing him. The altercation escalated, with the individual allegedly threatening Asif with a knife while continuing to follow him.

The video, shared widely across social media platforms, has sparked concern and condemnation. While London authorities have yet to issue a formal statement on the matter, the footage has raised questions about the security of visiting foreign officials and the growing tensions affecting Pakistani public figures abroad.
