Upon the Minister’s arrival at the pavilion, Ibrahim Khalid Tawab, the Honorary Consul of FDR Ethiopia in Karachi, along with the Embassy staff, warmly welcomed him.

During the event, the Minister commended the flourishing tourism industry of Ethiopia, which has thrived under the leadership of Prime Minister Dr. Abiy Ahmed. He also noted that the establishment of the Ethiopian Pavilion at the Pakistan Travel Mart was a testament to the growing bilateral relations between the two countries.

Honorary Consul Ibrahim Khalid Tawab emphasized that the FDR Ethiopia and the Islamic Republic of Pakistan share strong and enduring bilateral relations built on mutual respect and common values.

The Ethiopian Embassy’s pavilion, which will be on display until February 2, represents Ethiopia’s rich and diverse culture, ancient traditions, and a modernized tourism industry that has been significantly transformed under the leadership of Dr. Abiy Ahmed.
