Khuzdar, September 18, 2025: Pakistani security forces killed four terrorists linked to an Indian-sponsored network during an intelligence-based operation (IBO) in Khuzdar district of Balochistan, officials confirmed on Thursday.

The operation was launched on the basis of credible intelligence regarding the presence of militants associated with Fitna al Hindustan, described as an Indian proxy organisation.

According to the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR), security personnel engaged the militants’ hideout, leading to a fierce exchange of fire in which all four terrorists were eliminated. A cache of weapons, ammunition, and explosives was also recovered from the site.

ISPR said the slain militants had been involved in multiple terrorist activities aimed at undermining peace and stability in the region. A sanitisation operation is underway to ensure the area is completely cleared of remaining threats.

The military reiterated its resolve to eliminate Indian-sponsored terrorism and vowed that all individuals involved in subversive acts would be brought to justice.
