Islamabad, January 5, 2026: Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Senator Mohammad Ishaq Dar, upon his arrival in Islamabad, held a telephone conversation with H.E. Sugiono, Foreign Minister of Indonesia, to review Pakistan-Indonesia relations and cooperation on multilateral platforms.
During the discussion, the two leaders exchanged views on strengthening ties between the two countries and enhancing collaboration at forums such as the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC).
They also discussed ongoing global developments, including the situation in Somalia and efforts to achieve lasting peace in Gaza, and agreed to maintain close coordination on these critical issues.
