Islamabad, February 19, 2026: Ambassador of Portugal to Pakistan, Frederico Silva, paid a courtesy call on Additional Secretary (Europe) Ayesha Ali at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs on Thursday.
During the meeting, both sides reviewed the current state of Pakistan–Portugal relations and expressed satisfaction over the positive trajectory of bilateral engagement. They also discussed avenues for further strengthening cooperation in areas of mutual interest.
Ambassador Frederico Silva also conveyed his farewell compliments to Ambassador Ayesha Ali, as his official tenure in Pakistan is nearing completion. The Additional Secretary appreciated his contributions towards enhancing bilateral relations and wished him success in his future endeavors.
