Farhat Ali Junejo transferred to Intelligence Bureau

Islamabad, February 27, 2026: The Government of Pakistan has transferred Farhat Ali Junejo, a BS-21 officer of the Police Service of Pakistan, from the Government of Sindh and placed his services at the disposal of the Intelligence Bureau (IB) Division.

According to a notification issued by the Establishment Division, the transfer takes effect immediately and will remain in force until further orders. The posting was approved by the competent authority and formally communicated to the relevant federal and provincial offices for compliance.
